You can check in the Ice Monitoring sticky at the top. Haven't heard anything recent but I think they have a tournament there tomorrow. Try calling the state park to get up-to-date info.

Ice is good, at least 4". Not sure the closer to the dam you get, but in the arms plenty of safe ice.
