Nice video. I have caught several cutts in the lake above with a split tail like the one you caught. Here is a picture of one from last year.

I don't know what causes it. I guess it could have been something that happened in the hatchery. Just odd. Here is another picture from a separate trip last year at Lost Creek. Check out the cutt on the left. Same issue.
