Last I heard the ice was pretty shot. I'll try and make a run up there this afternoon and let you know

that would  be great thanks. my grandson is home on leave from the navy and vernon iis his favorite place to fish

About half the reservoir is ice free and the ice that remains isn't good. That info was passed to me by a neighbor who ranches up by the reservoir so it's second hand info. I won't have time today to run up. We have just had rain so the road should be ok for ya. Good luck
