Boise to Yellowstone Hwy 20. Will the world be open then ?

Hoping this Covid 19 is over by mid July as I'm planning an Idaho trip up from Texas.
Can anyone comment on the bite if the trip is pushed to August or September...
Hoping to hit all the known rivers over 8 days.
 Thanks

Idaho has suspended out of state licence sales for now. It could change by fall.

Hopefully it'll be over by then. If you have to come up in the later part of the summer the bite will depend on how hot the it is this summer, an unusually hot summer may have water levels lower than normal and make for some tough fishing in August until mid September.,

Hopefully here in a couple weeks things will start loosening up on the restrictions and by September hopefully we'll be back to some semblance of normal.
