Be advised...the latest UDWR Northern Fisheries Report states that Willard Bay is open to residents of both Box Elder and Weber counties...April 10, 2020 report...good for all you guys - and fishing gals...I'm still land-locked here in Davis Co.

I would suggest that one of those reports is wrong. And/or not updated.

Whatever the signs say at the entrance is probably what the fish cops would enforce.

I called the north entrane and they told that yes willard is open to weber county any one wanting to call 801-782-2321
