Wyoming boat inspections

I'm surprised there isn't more boat inspectors in utah for the Wyoming side. We are headed to the gorge on Thursday night and trying to be on the water early Friday morning. Is there anyone south of farmington who is certified to inspect a boat for me as the port of entry will be closed when we pass through? The guy in West jordan is busy from today through next week and can't inspect. Anyone else? We live in american fork.

Just launch it in Utah and drive up to where you want to go if you can't an inspection.

I used to be an inspector but it was terrible and Wyoming made it harder for us to be inspectors than for people from Wyoming. So I gave it up. I launch at Lucerne, wife drives the boat to Anvil, I drive the camper to Anvil and we meet there.
