Started a 6 am took a long time to get some blips on the finder.  No schools just a few that were playing hooky by them selves.
Did some searching up the provo arm found a few but only one rainbow to bite.
Toyed with a friendly jet skier, who I introduced to the park ranger..

I called in a couple of speed and proximity violations recently.  Kinda funny when you honk your horn and ask if they know about the proximity rule.  They're always so apologetic, saying, "I'm so sorry."  They're even more sorry when the ranger speaks to them.  I've been taking my Nikon D500 with a 70-200 f/2.8 along and getting really good images of the bow numbers and drivers.  At least two boats received fines, and the rangers were appreciative of my reporting the violations.  One reviewed my images and picked up a violation of stern riding above wakeless speed, in addition to proximity, another found an expired registration.

Looking forward to next year, wish I got a commission. I have two rangers cell phone numbers now, but it's best to call Wasatch County dispatch- (435) 654-1411. Get photos, bow numbers, call it in.
Single main, no kicker. Wink
