Mixed bag at starvation
#1
It was a hard morning,  windy till about 9:30. No fish, fighting boat control.
Couple bites, one careless walleye, I think he forgot how to steel the worm..
Wind stopped so we left bunny Gulch, fished the cliffs got fish right away..  one 16 inch fat rainbow. Several sm bass. Boated 4 eyes, about 12 inch, missed  more than that, I think they were small.
Lots of new shore line and exposed new islands.

Thanks for the report, at least there was no skunk involved. Glad to read there are still at least one bow there at Starvation. What method were you using to catch these fish, trolling, jigging, casting, flies?

Most of all fish caught on eighth oz. Jigs tipped with worm. Just casting to shore.
Tried bb worms , trolled a little with crank bait, and flasher and squid. No takers.

Here's the final results of Wednesday trip to starvation. My favorite way to eat fish, especially walleyes.
