Bought a 2020 Highlander in December, but it had no tow hitch. Got a Toyota OEM setup for it today, so now I'm "boatable" for the soft water season. YAY!
As a side note, it took two whole months to get license plates for it. I opted for the new optional black ones, and it seems there's such a huge demand for them that they were seriously backordered. They sure look good on a white car, though.
