BEST OF BOTH WORLDS

started off the weekend getting on some bass with the boys, then headed up the mountain to find some solid brookies. I love living where we live, you get the best of both worlds! Came across a few intense isolated T-storms up the mountain with some hail, but it sure had the fish fired up!

I agree, it is nice to have such a wide variety of fish available to us.

Yes sir, for a desert state we have such great variety! And darn good fishing!!
Great bass and beautiful brook trout . Excellent!
time spent fishing isn't deducted from ones life

Thanks...we do live a great part of the country. Glad to have these mountains so close to escape the southern UT heat!

Nice green fish! I'm guessing you didn't catch it on the long stick though lol

Correct, no long sticks for bass for me...I can just catch wayyy more on my bass gear...but the opposite for trout, the long stick dominates! Wink
