Stoneflys Hatching NOW!!!

Stones started Hatching Friday night on the ogden and they are going good on the southfork of the ogden now. I have not heard from Blacksmith fork or Logan yet but that should be going now as well.

the hatch only lasts 2 weeks.

for those of you not familiar with Stone's, it is a time we get to throw 2" dry fly wahooo!

You think they would be hatching on the Weber also? My buddy was up yesterday, and didn't see any stoneflies.

Dew to the enviornment of the Weber it does not have the population of Stones the ogden has. There are some, but not near the quantity.

Stone flys require clean water,the more prestine the more stones.

Just a few days left to this hatch.
