Wiperslayer and I fished the Bear today from 7:30am to 2:30pm. When we arrived at 7am BLM was just leaving the marina, we launched and headed over to the Rock pile to do some jigging. When we arrived, BLM and Crestliner were already there but as we found out it was slow. After an hour or so we started catching some small fish but the only fish we took home was this 21 inch cutt and only because it got the hook in the gills. We tried trolling for an hour or so but that did not work either, we finally went back jigging but the catching was over for us, so we called it a day. Crestliner at one point said they had caught one but I don't know if they caught any more. BLM caught a few also but the last we saw him he was trolling the south end of the lake, hopefully he has a better report. All in all it was a nice day on the lake and as always, it beats going to work. WH2
