Mantua 11-1-04

fished mantua today with theekillerbee. started out jigging for perch where the river comes in with no luck tried a couple other spots with still no luck, trolled flatfish for a bit still nothing.

water temp 42*
fished the south side to the center point of the east side. trolled back to the ramp.
heard a few gunshots
saw 15ft depth on finder on east side

The day was nice...the fishies weren't! Not too much wind, lots of sunshine, and good company.

I was surprised at the amount of weeds that still existed in the lake. I would have thought that with the cold temps, it would have died off by now. Oh well.
