I'm going to flaming Gorge on thursday Hows the fishin been over there and whats good to use? I'll be fishing from shore and boat but I won't be trolling I'll be fishing for trout mostly but anybody ever catch a catfish out there? Any info would be nice Thanks.[]

Where you headed on the Gorge? The fishihg for Bows should be excellent this time of year using stardard powerbait or worm marshmallow combos. The point of Lucerne is usually hot this time of year. Although I fish the Gorge a lot, Ive never tried for cats. Maybe PHOPPER can help you out too, he fishes there alot and is also the Wy. board Moderator.

I've always had the best luck at Mustard Ridge when fishing from the shore. Just kicking back on the rocks there next to the boat ramp.

A friend of mine has been knocking macks with jigs on the hump just off of Mustang.
