The licenses could be suspended, revoked or denied if the state tax judgment is final and the person who owes the cash can't appeal the assessment, according to legislation introduced by Democratic Rep. Warren Triche.
The House approved Senate amendments to the bill in a unanimous vote that now sends the measure to Louisiana Gov. Mike Foster. [/size][/#000000][/font]
