Utah Burbot Bash
#1
The 2010 Burbot Bash will be held at the Buckboard marina area of Flaming Gorge on the 23rd of January at 1pm, 2010. We had a great turn out last year and would like this year's event to be even better. We did have some very minor problems with awarding and distributing prizes at last years event so we have come up with a set of basic rules that we hope will make it easier to manage the give-away this year. If we can get most of the give-away work out of the way before the actual event, we can focus on the event itself on the 23rd. Thanks for understanding and your cooperation. Hope to see more of you out there this year. Here are the rules:

1. Each individual entering for the drawing must be a registered Big Fish Tackle (BFT) website member. This includes spouses and children. If you are not registered on BFT, you can not enter for the drawing but you can come out and have fun and enjoy the event.

2. You need to contact Dubob in a PM with your real name. Your name will not be used for any other purpose other than to ID you when you pick up your prize on the day of the Burbot Bash. Here is a link to Dubob's profile:
http://www.bigfishtackle.com/....html;username=dubob You must click in the link then click on the spot that says Private Message. Once you add your name to the PM, hit send message and your done.

3. You must be registered by 6 PM on the 15th of January, 2010. No exceptions! The drawing will be done on the 16th of January, 2010. If the BB Date is moved up or down, the deadline date and drawing date will be moved as well.

4. You must be present at the BB to take possession of your prize. No exceptions! Nobody, including a family member, can pick up your prize for you. If you are not present, your prize will be given to another individual at this event or some event in the future.

5. A copy of the drawing winners will be posted at the event. You will not know if you won or not unless you attend the event. Please do not register for the event if you do not plan to attend the event. And if you do register and then find out you can not attend, please notify DUBOB so that your name can be removed before the drawing and thereby give somebody else a chance at the prize.

That's it. Start sending those PM's to

as soon as you know for sure that you will be attending the 2010 Bash.We look forward to seeing you there.
