I got up early today and was ready to get some fishing done! Some fog on the way to the water, but the river area was clear and beautiful. I ran to the nuke area and had the place to myself for a while. The only odd thing is that the ESE wind was coming from the north this morning - weather predictions are tough, aren&#39;t they????<br /><br />Catfish are not showing at the nuke much. I only caught 4, with the biggest 12 pounds. Seems like it&#39;s been a long time since I caught 20-30 catfish there. I saw some baitfish, but not a lot. I suspect they are in the bays more right now. There was a small amount of white bass activity, but again, not much. I&#39;m looking forward to the winter/spring cat bite.<br /><br />Still, it was well worth the trip. Beautiful day!!!!!!!!<br /><br />I did take a picture, but the fish looked skinny and I looked fat, so I deleted it. Hell, it wasn&#39;t much of a fish story anyway..................<br /><br /><br /><br />
