has anyone ever heard of or tried the Ex Cel lures/spoons.

Yup, know guys that troll with them on the lakes along the west coast with good results.

[fishin] Hi, Ex-cel lures are a very good lure if you like to troll!! I have about two of every lure that they make. I live on, and fish Shasta Lake. I've been fishing Ex-cels since about 91' or 92'. I fish about 2 or 3 times a week and my first choise of lures is Ex-cel. You can find them on line, (Ex-cel.com) and (fishermens wherehouse.com). Try 'em, you won't be disappointed. Just to let you know, I fish a 22' Jetcraft w/ 4 downriggers and I'll drag 4 Ex-cels most of the time! Good luck, let me know how it goes.
