Does Birch creek typically run high and muddy during the spring, or does most of the run-off from that area have other avenues. Looking to take my two boys (9 and 12) before it gets busy.
Thanks.

Birch is usually a pretty safe bet as far as runoff goes. It can get a little higher and a bit cloudy but it doesn't stay that way for long.

+1 for what Chris said. Gets a few inches higher and a little murky but that's it. Nothing really runs down into it. It's pretty much spring fed. I fished it last sat and the normal spring cloudy what was about gone.

We did...gotta get them up there. Thanks for the welcome aboard.
Thanks to all that have provided input. Now I just have to find the time to go.
