Rockport report and contest update!

Went up to rockport for the weekend. What a Beautiful weekend for fishing! Trolled the northeast side of the lake most of the day. Caught between 15-20 bows between 2 boats. They were hitting everything.. needle fish, rapalas, pop gear and worm.. nothing too big. Most between 13-16". Kept just a few for the grill. Caught between 20-30ft. Water temp 49-52 degrees. Talked to an employee at rafter b's and only 6 tagged fish have been turned in so far. All the big prizes still swimming around in the lake.

Hit the port today. Bank tangling.
3 people 3 poles from 9am to 3:30pm, 4 fish. Nice ones, 15-16".
On bait, never a strike on lures.

Nice pics of the Rock. That is one of my favorite spots to hit. Last I saw it was covered with ice. I gotta get up there!
