That cold snap we just had and the LM were hungry. I was totally surprised.

There not so easy to find in this weather condition. This year was just a terrible bass fishing this year. Biggest one this year was 14" I usually get !7" but Sadly echo lake water level went down where I use to fish in my favorite spots are dried up for good now.

I thought they might still be stirring with the warming trend we've had. Nice job. Work has had me tied up since Halloween. I'm having withdrawals and need to get out in the worst kind of way [crazy]

As for it being a bad bass year for some, while I didn't beat any personal size records this year, I likely caught around 1000 of the buggers and had three 100+ days, though I got out much less than usual. I can't complain. Well, except for the getting out less part.

Getting ready for my Fly Tying show on the 8th, I decided to try out some new patterns on the Jordan.
So I grabbed my fly pole and my flies...even a thingamabobber and I went fly fishin'[Smile]
