2 birds on my list this year... to be put on the wall.

Red Head
Ringneck

I have actually shot 2 redheads, one was shot 2 more times after I sho it. no mounting. The other was a beautiful right to left.. lead 'em.. got him!. too bad the right side of his face was missing. no mount.

Never shot a ringneck. I have a flock of about 30 living by my house, in town, behind a really tall chainlink fence. (sigh)

A) Permission.

B) either an air rifle or an old school box trap.

I got a ringneck on the green in Wyoming a few years ago and I knocked down a nice drake off a pond in Idaho a couple weeks ago, good looking birds!
