I went to try to find a few new places to catch some crappie as the water cools down. I started at a drop off that I marked fish on, but only caught one crappie there and a spot. Move across the channel to an area I've never fished before that had a ton of depth changes. I ended up finding some fish grouped up here and caught a few, but it was ridiculously windy and almost impossible to fish. I did find one more place that held a few fish towards the end of the day.

Ended up with about 15 crappie two spots and a smallmouth.

One wierd thing is that I kept marking huge groups of fish that I thought were crappie which ended up being a ton of bluegill. This happened 3 or 4 times and I've never experienced it before, kind of odd.

Overall it was a good day I just wish wind didn't exist
