Because of the latest shootings and the new gun laws that they are trying to enact.

When these things happen people go on a buying spree. If you look almost all ammo is sold out or there are just a few boxes left.

I'm glad I bought several boxes a couple years ago. Hopefully the ammo drought will end soon.

I know, the ammo shortage sucks. I won a Walther P22 at an SFW banquet back in Feb. and I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. They recommend you use CCI Mini-Mag ammo in it and I haven't been able to find any. I have tried several on line sources as well and they are backordered or out of stock. [:/]

CalRanch in Logan had the CCI .22 minimag ammo yesterday 4/12. I was there and they were receiving a huge shipment of ammo and guns too. Actually, they had more guns and ammo than Sportsmans Warehouse down in Ogden did last week.
