How is the ice in the Rock Cliff arm? Any anglers dare to walk the ice yet?

If its any help I fished the MP by the dam last weekend, driving past Jordanelle I saw nothing but open water on the Hailstone side.

Hailstone has been frozen for over a week. Its just really clear ice without snow on top. Makes it look like open water.

Jordanelle has zero safe ice. Rock Cliff is almost 100% ice free.
