Here is another monster trout from below Dworshak, legal because it was caught by a Nez Perce, but can't break the long-held Idaho State record because if he wasn't a tribal member, he would have had to release it. Check this one out:

I honestly just wish everyone had to follow the same rules and regulations. Its so not politically correct to say that but so what.....I said it anyway.
