Lowell in October?

Is Lake Lowell open to float tubes in October? I know the water level will be lower than low, but just wondering if there's any fishing available that time of year. If not anyone know of any good late year bass fishing in the area? CJ will most like produce all year correct?

Cj is good year round. There are largemouth in the rec cove year round. The pump to the north and east is a great spot for tubes. Have seem fellas there year round. You drive in from cove arm road near Bruneau. Good luck
