Is this intended as an official entry?

Couple issues.

1. a handwritten ruler isn't gonna cut it. Need something that's calibrated. If you want to make a bump-board like Jeffs, we can work out a calibration to "authorize" it for the contest. His might have hand-drawn lines, but it also has a genuine fisherman's ruler too.

2. Need a statement of what you caught, where, when, and what claim you're making.

Then as Lava would attest, I'll probably nip a 1/2 inch, just because I'm Scrooge!
