Holy cow! Strawberry/Soldier Creek was a busy beast today! Got to chat with some Vets, they all looked like they had fun. Busiest I have ever seen that lake! We (wife and Brother) arrived at 7:00 am and got blown off by 1:00 pm. We caught 5 each, with 6 being decent size Kokes and a couple good slot Cutts. Relatively slow day for us but with the size of the fish it made it worth every minute! Hope the vets had fun and found some fish!

Looks busy. You even got a nice shot of Kents boat out there.

We were catching them from 35-45ft, so deeper indeed. Earlier in April we caught them 12-24ft. The Kokanee seem to be bigger this year than in years past. Weird thing was we didn't start catching them til after 10am.
