Catfish questions

Hey guys!
Work has been keeping me from going fishing and I have this weekend off and my wife wants to go catch some catfish! If any of you have a good place that is a little more active you would be willing to share with me I would appreciate it! Probably just somewhere from shore. But I can bust out the kayaks as well.

Head to Lincoln beach at UL. You will find them just off shore in about 5-7 feet of water. Possibly even closer.
