Got out late yesterday evening from 5pm-8:30pm for a short fishing trip. Put in at Harrison Bay, didn't run far at all, just fished around several grass mats around the Bay. Tried throwing a frog some but couldn't get anything so I threw a crankbait & a 3" swimbait on the outside edges of grass mats. Caught 4 LM total, just average size (barely keepers). I did loose one on a crankbait at the mouth of the Bay that felt like a little better fish. Had a good time though so I can't complain. I'm really looking forward to trying the ole frog again after this first cool snap rolls thru this week. I feel a sick day coming on this week ??
