Well caught this awhile back last month so figure I share it. It was almost 13 inches caught on a medium shinner.

Enjoy

Hmm that is the first time i've heard the term "Toad" for a fish. What exactly does that mean?[Smile]

Thanks in advance

It is pretty common for people here in Utah to call large fish toads. Some folks call them hogs, some call them pigs. Different strokes for different folks.[Wink]

Vashe, That is a great catch!! Congradulations,
We don't have but a few perch here in West Illinois in the Mississippi River backwaters. I got lucky through the ice and got a 12" one. It was MUCH skinnier than this beauty you caught.
