After watching some of LikeTrolling's (Robert G) YouTube videos, I thought I would try my hand at making my own Kokanee dodgers.
I used one blank as a template to cut out others from an old license plate. I pounded the metal flat as possible, then sanded and spray painted them chrome. I experimented with different bends and was able to get it to "dodge" just like a store-bought one.
I purchased some lure tape on eBay, some florescent paints from http://fishvisionpaint.com/ and then some glow-in-the-dark paints from https://www.artnglow.com/
I copied designs I saw on the web and then tried to get a little creative with others. They all have florescent and glow paint.
Don't know if they will work, but they were fun to make and can't wait to try them out in the spring.
