Found an article in my B.A.S.S. magazine about this and tried it. It was easy, cheap and very effective.(pic below) Just get a foam pool "noodle" attach it to the wall with screws and cut a slit for the rods (I used a hacksaw). Anyway dont know if anyone is interested but there you go...

I know, I almost paid too much for one at Sportsman's. Luckily I came across that article. That concrete at the bottom comes away from the wall about 2" so the bottom of the rods are sitting on them. It does hold it tight though. You may have to put two of them to "float" the rod completely. They always have those noodles at the DI for $.25 or so.
