I have had propane tanks freeze while ice fishing at temperatures significantly below zero. I wonder how they have solved that problem.

I've been researching them for a couple of months now and on all of the forums I've been on, I've only heard good reviews. I'm planning on purchasing one next month. They're quiet and you can drill inside of a tent.
As for freezing propane, I will be putting my tanks in my tent. I've never had a tank freeze on me.

I have actually read poor reviews for this.
If you get it let us know what you think - hope it works well.

All of the positive reviews I read were those by actual owners. The negative reviews seem to be by nothing more than a bunch of guys who've only looked at it or read about it. In other words, guys full of hot air. Stumpy on [#ff0000]removed[/#ff0000] had positive results with his. He even put his in a freezer at -4 for 6 hours and it still started on the first pull. At 12 hours he did have some trouble. It also weighs about the same at the STX.
Mechanically, running propane is clean and efficient. It's nothing more than a regular 4 stroke engine that's converted to run on propane.
