I'm thinking of getting one of those showdown ice fish finders and was wondering if any of you have had any experience with one?

Like most "first" generation gadets from just about any company, there were definitely some bugs in the very first ones. I have some friends that fish in the Ice Fishing Pro circuit back east and there are a lot of them using these units now. If I was to buy a fishfinder for ice fishing only, this is were I would spend my money. Google it on several boards and you can see some results of the latest generation and they are rated pretty good.
