The oil is plain old mineral oil. One or two drops in a bag is more than enough to lube em. Adding a scent to the bag is easy. Garlic is one of the most common scents used and is very easy. A couple of drops of garlic oil or any other essence you want to use in a small vial of mineral oil is all you need. Mix well then put a few drops in the bag with your baits. You can buy expensive Tackle management systems, but some Heavy Quart Ziploc Freezer bags work extremely well. You can get real fancy and put reinforcing strips on the bottom of the bag ( Office Depot) with holes to make your own tackle pouch.
