hey guys, i need some information on cast netting (the legalization) and some sources about that would help give reasons for legalizing it in all inland waters

I did this cool trick to my 6' net,I added outdoor screen to the inside.
I did this as an easier way to catch minnows,works great,just thought I'd share.If anyone is interested I can snap some shots or even make a video of me catching[

Cast net video,If you like cast netting then your sure to love this net,Its my trick I did years ago to catch small fry and minnows,even tiny grass shrimp.
