Cast netting legalization

hey guys, i need some information on cast netting (the legalization) and some sources about that would help give reasons for legalizing it in all inland waters

I did this cool trick to my 6' net,I added outdoor screen to the inside.

B. A big point here in the passage…The Lord cannot test our perseverance when we are in ideal circumstances.
