Floating bait at DC? - SBennett - 08-28-2017 Anyone having success floating bait from a boat at DC? Invited a beginning fisherman for a short trip Fri morn but would feel better with a confirmation that fish are still hitting with these above average temps. They are showing up 13-15 ft below the surface. So I would suggest a slip bobber set to that range of depth and then soaking your preferred bait of choice. I dont think the other species would hit a floating bait variety.... my two cents [signature] Re: [SBennett] Floating bait at DC? - a_bow_nut - 08-28-2017 Have been finding perch along the edges of the weed beds that like to play.
