Harvesting Fish - icefool - 02-11-2004 Thgere is an article in the explore today about overpopulation of fish and it gives a list of bodies of water the DWR wants the fisherman to keep the fish. It was interesting. The website is www.standard.net/xplore.html. I don't know why the DWR removed the catch and release only restrictions on the Cutts there but I would recommend that anyone who visits this beautiful river keep your limit of Browns but release all Cutthroat you catch.
