Let me know if you are interested in someone to test your rods on a regular basis. I do fish everyday and fish all styles. What kind of rod do you have that is indestructable?? Are they good for big fish?? I use an 11wt flyrod for 40 to 50 lb Halibut. It was built using a vintage Ugly Stick fly rod blank with the addition of Fugi guides and reel seat and medium profile hook keep. It's got a paint job on it like i've never seen. Also, the picture of the rod tip posted above is a little misleading. That's not what the tip of the fly rod looks like, I think that was another rod he made with the same type of paint job. The fly rod I recieved is a standard fly rod set up, other than the fact it's nasty heavy duty. I'm going to have to buy a small winch for this thing. I really think it could actually handle a fish upwards of around 100 pounds. It's a nice set up for inshore saltwater fishing for things like tarpon and bonefish, or tease-casting for small sailfish.
