Making your own scents - timberhall - 11-08-2010 I was wondering if any one out there makes there own scents. If so do you use none game fish to make them of do you use a artificial chemical? He sent me a small bottle of the "base" compound that they use. He said to fine (very fine) grind up my bait fish of choice and mix it with the base. I never did but I guess it is doable. I was looking on line and a lot of people just use olive oil as the base. I might start out with that. Send me a PM and I'll tell you some short cuts.. [signature] |
