Making your own scents

I was wondering if any one out there makes there own scents. If so do you use none game fish to make them of do you use a artificial chemical?

I asked the same question of the Pro-Cure rep a couple years ago. He sent me a small bottle of the "base" compound that they use. He said to fine (very fine) grind up my bait fish of choice and mix it with the base. I never did but I guess it is doable.

Thanks. I think I will do some research in my kitchen much to my wife's delight I am sure. I was looking on line and a lot of people just use olive oil as the base. I might start out with that.

I make my own and in the past sold some, you don't have to grind up your fish or any other things...
