Twin Lakes - Belasko - 07-27-2011 Headed to Twin Lakes w/ shootermedic today. We got there about 0730 and put in. my son caught a decent gill first cast about 40 feet off the shore. Thought for sure we were going to do well. Turned out that was the high point. We caught a bunch of micro gills in the 4" range and then got a few more in the 6-7 inch range but never did really good. A lot of them stole our bait with regularity. In the end we landed 3-4 dozen and get about 12 of them. Pleasant day but the catching could have been better. Windriver [signature] Re: [windriver] Twin Lakes - Belasko - 07-30-2011 We fished both north and south lakes. The gills that we found in any number and bigger than a small cookie were all 20-30 ft deep. off one of the dams. The exception was the one my son caught right off just off one of the ramps.
