Mill Hollow? - RANDAL801 - 07-10-2014 I know they have been doing dam repair on it. Thinking about going this weekend to try my new float tubes out that I bought for the wife and myself. I want to know if anyone has been recently and if it is worth going (water access and how low). Or should I be looking for another place to go? PM's are welcomed Thanks [signature] Re: [RANDAL801] Mill Hollow? - JeepNut - 07-12-2014 My wife and I were up about a month ago and the water was up but not full. There were lots of hungry small fish. [signature] Re: [RANDAL801] Mill Hollow? - DKStroutfitter - 07-13-2014 Mill Hollow dam repairs are done. The water level is low but fishing is good for small planters. Access is good and getting a float tube on the water is easy. There are a lot of dead fish in the reservoir. My guess is that these fish were killed by hook removal. Treble hooks and power bait are not a good choice for catch and release fishing. Flies or a pistol Pete behind a water bubble works well.
