Bass on the fly help - TroutMan93 - 07-27-2014 So I caught my first bass on the fly for the first time and I'm HOOKED! I've caught 4 so far this week. 1 at pineview (Pic 1), 1 at Grantsville (Pic 2) and 2 babies from DC (Pic 3). I've been catching them on a fly called a Stealth Bomber. The two babies I caught on a Royal Wulff. I was wondering what other flies can you use other than poppers and buggers that would catch bass? Also what kinds of things should I look for to find them? P.S. I've already tied up some Clousers. [] [signature] Re: [TroutMan93] Bass on the fly help - flygoddess - 07-27-2014 Right on. Where I fish is a lot of Olive bushes and I am thinking that is what they are taking it for. No, movement, just suspended about 18" under a Thingamabobber. Rubber Leg [signature] |
