F.L. Ice?

Just wondering if anyone has heard if the ice conditions have improved down fish lake, since some of the recent posts on here? I haven’t been able to get a hold of the lodge and the last Facebook post was the 21st with some open water still. Just wondering if the colder weathers have maybe gotten the lake capped off or if the ice has improved in the spots that people have been fishing..

Fished there last weekend. 6-7” good ice with some snow on top. Walk any where except the middle.

I finally got a hold of the lodge today and she said last she heard 4 to 6 inches.. and just a little bit of open water left after the temps this week, less than what was last posted on their Facebook.. thanks for the info, did u fish the north or south side where it was that thick? Taking my old man and he won’t go on too thin of ice..

South end about 100’ out. About 12’ deep.

I'll bet the fishing was awesome?
Would a guy be able to camp at Dr. Creek in a camper or trailer?
