Launched at American Fork at about 10:45 a.m. Fished the North bank And the action was incredible. We used shrimp and then cut up carp for bait and the cats couldn’t stay off of it. The water level looks good and they are hungry!! Between three people and five rods we caught 68 fish!! Load up the kids and get out there. We kept eight for a nice fish fry. Got off the water around 5:30.

It sounds like you might have to rest your arms a bit before you try that a again, 68 cats is a lot of tugs!
Thanks for the report!

That was with three people and five rods. I just wanted to relax so there were times I put my rods away and let the girls fish but they still kept me busy. I need to learn how to post videos, I have lots of short videos on this trip. They were hitting so good my girlfriend hooked on a chunk of chicken from her chicken salad and she caught one on that even. We were fishing right up to the bank casting just to the edge of the reeds.

My girlfriends daughter had sore arms, I had sore everything, worked hard on Saturday getting the boat ready as it was my smaller boat and it hadn’t been out for a year. Been working on my bigger cabin boat all winter and I am just waiting for windshield glass to show up. Taylor Made has a ten week lead time for just one piece of glass. Don’t ever break a boat windshield!!!! Yesterday was just incredible on the lake. They are shallow and hungry!!
