Drove by East Canyon today. There is still open water by the dam and launch ramp. Heard there were some guys ice fishing up at the inlet end of the reservoir but did not drive up there to check it out.

Guy went through yesterday. Had to call resue to get him out as his buddies had no rope etc... for rescue. He was on one inch of ice and was in the water for at least 10 minutes. I’m waiting on EC.
